K&L Museum not only offers a variety of museum programs but also introduces both domestic and international artists, providing visitors with a diverse artistic program, rich visual experience, and a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the museum operates various auxiliary facilities, including a gallery, a print shop, and a café.
The L.WAYV Gallery was established to provide exhibition and sales opportunities for emerging and contemporary artists who possess extrordinary artistic value. The gallery focuses on the artistic merit of the works, regardless of the artist's nationality, age, or background. In 2022, the gallery successfully hosted the group exhibition "Moment for Remedy," featuring Myanmar artists who were introduced for the first time ever in Korea. In the future, the gallery plans to continue offering a unique space to both domestic and international artists through collaborations with K&L Museum, while also curating exhibitions that will provide guests with a new and refreshing experience.
On the 3rd floor of the museum building, the Grabados Shop stands as an independent space dedicated to the display and sale of prints. Named after the Spanish word for "prints" (grabados), this shop showcases and sells a variety of print artworks imported directly from Taller de Prado, a famous print gallery located in Madrid, Spain. At the Grabados Shop, visitors can experience exceptional editions of the masterpieces created by historically relevant artists, such as Salvador Dalí, Francisco de Goya, and Joan Miró. These artworks are often difficult to find and enjoy in Korea, which makes it even more special for us that we are able to bring them closer to the Korean public.
